The added component of heat allows the RMT to get into deeper tissues, without spending a significant amount of time warming up the tissue. Manual Osteopathic Therapy encompasses a wide range of modalities. This service differs from Registered Massage Therapy, by allowing the MOT to treat the body as a whole entity, rather than the symptoms treated by an RMT. Manual Osteopathic Therapy includes Osteoarticulations, Advanced Myofascial Remodelling, Basic Cranialsacral Therapy with Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Visceral Manipulations.

Everyone benefits from Massage Therapy, especially youth! The term "youth" can refer to anyone under the age of 18 and we have some wonderful Registered Massage Therapists who will ensure optimal health and comfort for your children. Please be advised, we suggest limiting treatment times to 30/45min under the age of 13. Older individuals are welcome to choose the treatments under the "Registered Massage Therapy" category.
